I work out of the Dominion Lending Centres Edge Financial office at 30 Eglinton Ave W, Suite 201, Mississauga, ON L5R 3E7, close to Hurontario and Eglinton. Most of my clients live or own property in Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Milton and Burlington, and for commercial and land files I work across Ontario.
Who I help
A lot of people in Mississauga and Peel run their own business, drive for a living, work in the trades or earn commission. Banks often struggle with that kind of income, even when the borrower is clearly doing well. I work with lenders who look at the whole picture, and I take the time to put the file together properly before it goes anywhere.
I also arrange private first and second mortgages when timing is tight or the bank has said no, equity take-outs and debt consolidation, renewals and switches, and purchases for salaried buyers. On the commercial side I work on places of worship, long-term care and retirement homes, hotels and motels, industrial and commercial buildings, development land and farms.
How we can meet
You are welcome to meet me at the office by appointment. If it is easier, we can do everything by phone, video call and email. Either way, you deal with me directly from the first call to closing. Rates, terms and approval depend on your situation and the lender, and every application is subject to lender approval.
